NEWMAINS UNITED’S co-managers are looking like bright sparks – after landing a sponsorship deal from Jordan Electrics.
The Carfin based family-owned company have become yet another backer for the club as it continues to make strides on and off the park.
Jordan Electrics managing director Brian Jordan is passionate about football and sport and was keen to give back to the community.
His firm – who employ over 100 staff – will now have its name emblazoned on the training tops sported by co-bosses Paul Davies and Craig Gupwell.
Jordan said: “It’s great to be in a position where we can give back to the community and support the growth of our local team.
“We are delighted and very proud to sponsor Newmains United FC.”
Jordan Electrics follow in the footsteps of The Pink Turban, Breathing Space, Layher UK, Top Barber and I-Scaff as sponsors for this season.
They have extensive experience in domestic, commercial and industrial fields since 1975 and are under the control of Brian Jordan, director Stephen Jordan and commercial director Douglas McFarlane.
Co-boss Gupwell said: “It was always our aim to work with local companies so to have Jordan Electrics come on board has been a superb boost.
“To have an organisation with such a heritage and reputation from within the area is a huge honour.
“Their backing is hugely appreciated and we’re looking forward to working with Brian and the rest of the company.”
