Top Cat is Newmains’ new physio

CAT SUGDEN has joined Newmains United as club physiotherapist.

Sugden brings a wealth of experience after previously spending time working at Clyde.
She has also ran her soft tissue therapy clinic Treat and Compete on the south side of Glasgow for the last eight years.
Sugden will join up with the squad for the first time at this weekend’s Petershill Tournament – and she can’t wait to get started.
She said: “Joining Newmains United is an exciting challenge. I’m looking forward to being part of a club that looks to get the best out of each individual in terms of the players and backroom staff.
“I’m also looking forward to giving each footballer the clinical attention they need in order for them to perform to their highest level every week.
“Whether it’s in relation to an injury or improving performance, I’ll be committed to improving the goals set out by each individual.”
