PAUL DAVIES has hailed the documentary about Newmains United.
The film Newmains United: New Era was released last month.
It was produced by Paul Cassidy of Green Empire Films and charts the story of the club’s progress on and off the park before the coronavirus crisis.
Davies said: “Having watched the documentary I can’t believe how high the quality is.
“Paul Cassidy has done a wonderful job and portrayed the journey we are on really well.
“I’ve even had people ask me if there’s a sequel. I would highly recommend Paul’s work and I would suggest other club do the same to show the work that goes on behind the scenes of a football club.”
