Follow @byallyscottI am currently in my final year of a HND course studying Graphic Design at City of Glasgow College. I have plans to progress onto university next year. However I would love to gain employment as a junior designer once I graduate.
I felt working with Newmains United would help me achieve my aims and I feel extremely privileged to now have the chance to showcase my skills on behalf of the football club.
I haven’t only been delighted with the opportunities to add to my portfolio so far, which have included producing matchday posters and other notices for social media and displays at local outlets.
Working with the football club has also given me a taste of what the job is like outside the education environment and provided me with an insight into what it is like to work with clients and to deadlines.
I am honored to have this role and, as a result, I want to do the best I can. I’d also like to wish Newmains United the best of luck for the future.
